I'm so fortunate to have been able to do some training at East 15 in Loughton this week! I spent the week here and met some great students and really enjoyed my time, learning to sword fight (I'd love to claim to be the next Errol Flynn!) and unarmed combat! Punching, kicking, slapping, hair pulls.... Really fun practice sequences and final sequence for my assessment!
